Yes. When you set up a session, you'll choose a committee and then select your portfolio (the country you want to represent) from that committee's member list.

Yes. You'll be polled on every procedural motion (like entering a caucus or setting the agenda) as well as on any draft resolutions introduced during committee.
Don't worry - you don't need to memorize the Rules of Procedure. Whenever you need to make a choice, the simulator will present you with the available options directly, so you can pick from what's allowed rather than needing to know it beforehand.
You can contribute as much or as little as you like. You can help shape the resolution during unmoderated caucus lobbying, or let the AI delegates take the lead - the choice is yours.
Yes, you're free to stop at any point. Since your progress is saved automatically, you can also simply close the tab and pick up where you left off later.
Yes. You'll need a Google account to create a free Gemini API key through Google AI Studio, which powers the AI delegates and Chair.

If you run out of free-tier quota, you'll need to wait for it to reset (usually the next day) before continuing. Your session progress is saved, so you won't lose anything in the meantime.

The Chair scores every delegate, including you, on research and knowledge, speech writing and delivery, lobbying and bloc formation, Rules of Procedure knowledge, and resolution writing.
Yes. At the end of the session, a full scorecard is revealed showing every delegate's score side by side, so you can see exactly how you ranked.
No - there's nothing riding on it besides your own satisfaction. It's meant purely as a fun way to track and improve your MUN skills over multiple sessions.
No. Your API key is stored locally in your browser and used only to talk directly to Google's Gemini API - it isn't sent to or stored on our servers.
